Quality forms the fortitude of Neumann. The entire work culture of the company describes an inherent prevalence of well-established quality control and enrichment procedures. We are continuously striving towards Improvement of our Quality Management Systems with our objective of doing the things right, at the first time and every time. Our growing markets and Customer base is an indicator of our continuous efforts towards the achievement of our goal of Customer Delight.

We are an ISO/TS 16949:2009 our standards of Customer Service distinguish us from our competitors. Our focus is to identify the needs of the Customer in terms of Quality, Performance, Delivery and to provide the product at the right price. We pursue open and long term relationships based on mutual gains and encourage Win / Win relationships with our Customers and Suppliers.


Quality Policy :-

Our quality policy is to achieve total customer satisfaction by manufacturing defect-free, cost effective products as per customer specifications and delivering them in time. This shall be achieved through teamwork for establishing and maintaining a quality system and by continually improving all areas of operation.

  • Developing suppliers to meet ever changing customers’ requirements.
